TO MAKE A BOOKING

Booking a Session

To make a booking, please call or, preferably, text 028 414 7935 with your name and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m available. You’re also welcome to email me at pharoscounselling@outlook.com with your name and phone number.

 

Session Details

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • I currently offer counselling sessions in Alexandra on Mondays (12:00–8:30 PM) and Thursday evenings (3:00–8:30 PM), subject to availability.

 

Payment

  • Individuals $120 per session (50 minutes).

  • EAP clients covered by agency.

Payment can be made via internet banking (preferred) or in cash at the end of each session.

Cancellations

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee, unless due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. 

  • Late notice and missed appointments for EAP clients will count towards session allocation. â€‹
